Job Summary:
The Manager of Financial and Administrative Systems will oversee the support and service operations and functions of the organizations financial and administrative systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains financial and administrative system staff.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules of financial and administrative system employees.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyzes financial and administrative systems, ensuring compliance with division, organization, and industry policies and best practices, and state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborates with management and user community to develop strategies for enhancement, improvement, or replacement of systems to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of data.
- Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of financial and administrative equipment, applications, and systems.
- Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to systems, equipment, and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization.
- Facilitates and oversees the support of the financial and administrative systems, ensuring effective and helpful support is provided to end users.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in financial and administrative systems, technology, best practices, and standards, alerting senior staff of the effects changes will have on the organizations systems and operations.
- Coordinates and schedules large-scale process, equipment, or system changes and installations.
- Ensures projects and tasks are completed within specifications, on time, and within budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- At least six years of related experience, at least two of which were in a supervisory role, required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
