VR (virtual reality) provides a dynamic platform to replicate real-life circumstances in the context of HR, improving the employee learning process. With more businesses realizing the potential of virtual reality for training and development, virtual reality is becoming more and more important in HR departments.

HR professionals can create interactive and engaging training modules that boost knowledge retention and application by utilizing virtual reality technology. Human resources organizations may analyze employee performance in realistic circumstances thanks to the unique assessment opportunities provided by virtual reality.
