The Advanced Certificate program is uniquely designed: no prerequisites are required, and the learner can enter the program at any time. Plus, the complete Certificate program involves a wide variety of learning experiences including: group discussions, individual and group activities, case studies, toolkit development and a post-test reinforcement of learning at the end of each course week.

Assessment and Earning the Certificate
To earn the course completion certificate by SHRM, participants must achieve all the following requirements:
- Achieve 70% passing grade on each module’s online assessment (10 multiple choice questions, AI proctored via SHRM LMS)
- Complete the Capstone Experience (mandatory, non-graded)
- Maintain a minimum attendance of 70%

Program Overview Across 8 modules focusing on an HR functional competency and diving into relevant skills and capabilities as per the SHRM BASK©. The learning culminates with an application and synthesis experience through an interactive social learning case study and is supported by knowledge and application assessments.
