The SHRM ACE W. Certificate is anchored in four core pillars, globally benchmarked and grounded in SHRM’s Body of Applied skills and Knowledge (BASK©), and aligned with the transformative aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030. Through a blend of structured learning, guided reflection, and applied projects – combined with a supportive mentorship experience – the program addresses real workplace challenges and nurtures the capabilities often needed to break barriers. Evaluate potential and accelerate career growth. This 54-56 hour journey is delivered over five weeks through four high-impact modules.
The certificate is ideal for early career professionals; particularly those beginning their careers or seeking to establish a strong foundation for advancement across the various functions and industries.
Assessment and Earning the Certificate
After the learning program there will be an assessment with a mix of knowledge, practical application and scenario-based items.
To earn the Certificate of Course Completion from SHRM, a passing mark of 60% on the assessment, maintaining a minimum attendance of 70% and completion of the project workbook is required.
