Andy Biladeau is SHRM’s Chief Transformation Officer. He brings 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources leader, practitioner, and consultant. He began his career at PwC, where he led global HR transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients, founded PwC’s Learning Solutions consulting practice, and served as the Product Owner for PwC’s Change Navigator platform.

As Director of Talent Development at Target Corporation, Biladeau led a team responsible for Training, Leadership Development, and Change Management for over 100,000 store team members. During his time at Target, he also led the organizational readiness efforts for Target’s enterprise Operating Model Transformation, impacting more than 2,000 retail stores and more than 250,000 employees.

As a founding team member at the Josh Bersin Company, Biladeu led the HR Advisory Services practice and delivered consulting engagements across all areas of HR, serving many clients in the Fortune 100. Additionally, he served as the Chief Learning Officer for the Josh Bersin Academy.

Nichol Bradford is SHRM’s Executive-in-Residence for AI + HI. She stands at the forefront of human potential and AI, accelerating human transformation through technology investments, research, and global thought leadership. Currently, Bradford serves as Executive-in-Residence for AI + HI at SHRM, shaping global thinking on human-AI collaboration. She is also Co-Founder and Partner of Niremia Collective, an early-stage venture fund focused on human potential technologies, and she co-founded TransformativeTech.org, the largest global ecosystem of founders, investors, and innovators building tech for human flourishing.

Erica Young, MPS, SHRM-SCP, is Director of Digital Transformation at SHRM. Young spearheads IT strategy and oversees the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with and enhance business objectives. She is a driving force in shaping the digital future of SHRM, ensuring that technological innovation serves as a catalyst for sustained growth and competitive advantage. At SHRM, Young has been a part of the founding teams for SHRMLabs, SHRM Business, and SHRM HR consultative efforts. Her academic credentials include a master's degree in applied industrial/organizational psychology, with a specialization in instructional systems design—a combination that underscores her deep understanding of human behavior and systems optimization. Her status as a SHRM-SCP-certified professional highlights her commitment to advancing workplace excellence. She is also a respected spokesperson for SHRM, where she shares thought leadership on critical topics such as workplace technology, the future of work, leadership, and workforce upskilling. Beyond her professional endeavors, Young channels her creativity into transforming physical spaces through DIY projects and gardening, crafting botanical-inspired environments that reflect her passion for design and innovation.
