    Amy Cappellanti-Wolf

    Amy Cappellanti-Wolf is Chief People Officer at Dayforce. Amy is responsible for designing and driving Dayforce's global people strategy and operations.

    Amy has held senior HR leadership positions at Symantec, Silver Spring Networks, Cisco, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Frito Lay, and most recently served as CHRO at Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data management.

    Amy has been recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and has been named a Distinguished Alumni by the John Chambers School of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. She holds an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations, both from West Virginia University.

    Carrie Rasmussen

    Carrie Rasmussen is Chief Digital Officer at Dayforce. Carrie leads the team responsible for the systems, tools, and processes that power and protect the Dayforce business, including Cybersecurity, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and Risk. In addition, Carrie serves as the Chief Information Officer for the Dayforce National Trust Bank, overseeing the technology services and operations for the Dayforce U.S. payroll trust.

    Carrie joined Dayforce in 2021 to lead global IT and create an optimized infrastructure and data strategy across all operations as Chief Information Officer. She is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise organizations. Previously, she was Chief Information Officer at The Save Mart Companies, and has also held senior leadership roles at Safeway Inc.

    Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and a master’s degree in agriculture business management from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

    Alexandra Levit

    Alexandra Levit is Founder and CEO of Inspiration at Work, a futurist consulting firm that helps organizations and employees prepare for the future of work. A former Wall Street Journal columnist and best-selling author, Alexandra has written several books including They Don’t Teach Corporate in College, Humanity Works, and Deep Talent.

    Alexandra holds a certificate in strategic foresight from the University of Houston and has consulted for leading companies including Deloitte, American Express, and Microsoft. She has advised the U.S. Department of Labor and the Department of Defense on workforce development and career transition programs, as well as partnered with Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine on a federal research grant.

    A respected voice on the future of work, Alexandra has been honored as a Top Leader by the American Management Association, a Thinkers50 Radar honoree, and Money Magazine’s Online Career Expert of the Year.

    Lisa Highfield

    Lisa Highfield is Principal Director of Research and Advisory Services at McLean & Company, where she leads the Human Resources Technology and Artificial Intelligence practice. With more than 25 years of experience across HR, IT, and finance, Lisa helps organizations align business, HR, and technology strategies to drive measurable results.

    Lisa has knowledge across HR strategy, technology, operations, culture, and learning and development. She helps organizations connect business, HR, and IT objectives into priorities, action plans, and results. Leveraging her advisory and research experience, she guides members through application lifecycles across human capital management, payroll, learning, workforce management, recruiting, and ERP.

    Previously, Lisa was Research and Advisory Director of Enterprise Applications at Info-Tech Research Group. She holds an Executive MBA in Global Business from the University of Fredericton, a degree in HR from Ryerson University, a post-graduate certificate in IT from Lambton College, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph. She is also expanding her expertise in Artificial Intelligence through studies at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
