Nancy Boyer is an HR and talent development leader, executive coach, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. With decades of experience in leadership development and organizational change, she has partnered with senior leaders across industries to strengthen performance, accountability, and employee engagement. Before joining Erickson Coaching International full time as a facilitator and advisor, Boyer held senior HR roles within global organizations, including Cartier (Richemont Group), where she led talent and leadership initiatives supporting complex, high-performance environments. Today, she works with individuals and organizations worldwide to build coaching capability and embed coaching into HR and leadership strategy. She is a frequent speaker on ATD, SHRM, and ICF stages, known for delivering practical, experience-driven insights that HR leaders can immediately apply.
