In this role, Ardrey partners with Maven’s product, clinical, and operations teams to enhance Maven’s Fertility and Family Building program for our clients and members. Prior to joining Maven, Ardrey led Business Operations & Strategy at Modern Fertility, a reproductive health company making personalized fertility information more accessible through digitally-enabled at-home tests and tools. She also previously worked as a management consultant, supporting companies across a variety of industry verticals on growth strategy, including healthcare.

Leanna Lilly
Leanna Lilly is Director, Benefits and Mobility at Service Titan, a vertical SaSS company based in Glendale, California. She has worn many hats in the HR, benefits, and employee wellness arena and has worked at Service Titan for almost six years. When her work shift is over, she starts her shift as wife and mom of two little ones. She tries to get outside every chance she can and will never say no to a walk.
