Richard is currently the Senior Director, Human Resources for Ashley Addiction Treatment Center in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Richard has 20+ years of Human Resources experience, working in both private sector and multi-national organizations, which include two stints overseas. He has been an instructor of the SHRM-CP/SCP Preparation Course with Howard County Community College for over 5 years. Additionally, Richard is a writer for Baltimore Outloud since 2013 and has served as the Baltimore Pride Parade Coordinator for 2019, 2022, and 2023.
