Tracy brings more than 25 years of experience in HR and organization strategy. She has been consistently recognized as an innovative HR thought leader, including as Chief HR Officer of the Year by HR Today in 2023. Most recently, Tracy was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Levi Strauss & Co. In this role, Tracy was responsible for LS&Co.’s global people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, total rewards and HR technology and operations.
Prior to joining LS&Co., she served as SVP and CHRO for Shutterfly, Inc. Before Shutterfly, Tracy spent 10 years at Gap Inc., where she held numerous senior leadership roles in HR, most recently serving as the SVP of HR for Old Navy. Prior to Gap Inc., Tracy held positions at LS&Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM Business Consulting Services where she worked with Fortune 500 clients in the high tech, financial services and retail industries on projects ranging from organization design to strategic change management.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania. She is active in the HR thought leader community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Foundation. Her philanthropic commitments are reflected in her service on the GLIDE Board of Trustees and as a former Board member of the Levi Strauss Foundation. Tracy loves to travel with her husband Jaison and son Noah. When not out seeing the world, Tracy enjoys cooking and spending time with friends in her Bay Area home.
