Dina Perreault, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Faulkner Automotive Group and is a Director at SHRM Pennsylvania. Perreault is an executive coach and organizational strategist with over 25 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, acquisitions, and cultural transformation. She has led multi-million-dollar, geographically dispersed teams across the U.S. Army, Fortune 100 manufacturing, Fortune 500 consulting, and retail organizations. She is the Founder and Principal Advisor of P3 Consulting, where she partners with executives and leadership teams to build scalable people strategies that drive business results. Her work has contributed to organizations earning more than 60 “Best Places to Work” awards. Perreault holds SHRM-SCP, SPHR and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials. She is a published author and frequent speaker. A 3rd-degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and a Certified Pilates Instructor, she brings a holistic approach to leadership that integrates mental, physical, and organizational well-being.

Clayton Lord (Clay, he/him) is the Senior Program Director for the SHRM Foundation, the 501(c)3 philanthropic arm of SHRM, which focuses on widening pathways to work and helping every worker thrive by empowering employers to be forces for social good. In that role, he oversees strategy, planning, program delivery, and program evaluation.  

Felix Massey, SHRM-SCP, is Senior Director of Customer Experience at SHRM. With more than two decades of human resources corporate leadership, Massey has provided innovative “people solutions” and HR best practices for small to mid-size organizations in industries to include: consumer services, aviation, retail, entertainment, and distribution for Blockbuster Entertainment, Paramount Parks, G2 Secure Staff, LLC and HomeTeam Pest Defense. He studied Business Management at University of Louisiana; received Management Leadership certification from Center for Creative Leadership. Massey joined SHRM as a corporate employee in 2018 as Director, Field Services (SE Region) and in 2019 became Sr. Director of Customer Experience. At SHRM, he oversees and leads a virtual and outsourced customer experience operation which supports and propels SHRM’s customer centricity and growth strategies. Creating and sustaining a world-class omni-channel platform, accomplished via the efforts of a diverse team of virtual agents residing in 16 countries. The customer experience team is charged with providing swift resolution to customer/member inquiries, and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, and higher engagement.
