Yaniv Shimoni is the Co-Founder of Take2 AI, an AI agents platform purpose-built for healthcare recruiting. Take2’s mission is to help healthcare organizations hire faster, reduce costs, and improve retention and quality of hire by automating the high-touch, high-volume parts of the recruiting cycle with autonomous AI agents. Yaniv earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he focused on entrepreneurship and technology-driven innovation. He is passionate about applying AI to solve practical business problems and building products that help companies unlock human potential.

Ryan Toedtman is Manager of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources AI Integration at UCHealth, where he leads AI adoption across HR and the wider organization. He has spent 11 years at UCHealth, growing with the system from 14,000 to more than 37,000 employees, and started as a recruiter before moving into project management and implementing its ATS. Ryan led UCHealth’s evaluation and rollout of AI recruiting agents, built an internal HR agent that supports leaders across the organization, and sits on UCHealth’s AI governance council. He also leads The Human Algorithm, an internal podcast teaching HR teams practical AI skills, and sees intelligent automation as a force multiplier for human impact.

Andrew Lampitt • Director of Clinical Recruitment • Cooper Norcross Health
Andrew Lampitt, MSN, RN, is Director of Clinical Recruitment at Cooper Norcross Health, where he leads nurse and clinical staff recruitment across Cooper’s hospitals, ambulatory sites, urgent care centers, and surgery centers. A nurse by training, he has spent more than 14 years at Cooper, moving from trauma ICU nurse to Clinical Director of the trauma step-down and trauma med-surg units before taking on recruitment in 2023. Andrew helped lead Cooper’s rollout of AI agents for high-volume roles, bringing recruiters into the design of the screening process from the start. He holds a BSN from Rutgers University–Camden and an MSN in Nursing Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, and serves on several regional nursing advisory boards.
