Erica Ellison
Erica Ellison, J.D., MBA is the Founder and Principal of CoreSight HR Solutions, where she serves as a Fractional CHRO and strategic advisor to small and mid-size organizations. She helps leadership teams strengthen their people foundations, align culture with business strategy, and build practical HR systems that support growth. She also provides mediation and conflict resolution services, helping leaders and teams work through complex workplace challenges productively.
Ellison brings more than 30 years of HR and business leadership experience across technology, defense, human services, education, and global nonprofits. Her career includes leadership roles with HP and Northrop Grumman, and most recently she served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture for a nonprofit operating in 33 countries, leading global people strategy and organizational transformation.
She holds a J.D. and MBA, is admitted to the Maryland Bar (inactive), and is certified in Mediation and Six Sigma (Yellow Belt). Erica lives in Virginia.
