In this session, Yasmine Meneses from Nutrium will break down the science of stress eating, the nutrition–cognition connection, and how mindful eating helps employees build resilience day to day. Recent research shows that nutrition interventions delivered by Registered Dietitians significantly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Attendees will learn how to position nutrition alongside mental health benefits, what employees actually do with dietitian-led care, and how to measure impact on engagement and wellbeing.
