Sean has over 17 years of legal experience in the employee benefits compliance arena, and assists Gallagher’s Central Region with both day-to-day and strategic compliance questions related to health and welfare plans, as well as benefit plan audits and filings with the IRS, HHS, and DOL. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at employee benefit seminars for human resource and other professional organizations. Sean’s background of working with plan sponsors, third-party administrators, carriers, and plan service vendors provides him with broad experience and perspective with which to assist employers in identifying/developing pragmatic solutions for their employee benefit compliance obligations.
