Michelle’s passion is helping businesses to understand and implement Global payroll platforms and processes. Prior to Globalization Partners, Michelle has served as a Global Payroll & Equity leader at multiple US-based companies with fast-paced global expansion markets, including technology and manufacturing fields. Her expertise covers global payroll challenges, including social programs & payroll tax, taxable equity events, money movement, and overall payroll compliance. Michelle attended Boston University and Curry College undergraduate programs and has APA certification, as well as advanced certifications in global payroll management, including the Harvard Global certificate program. She lives outside of Boston with her family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking & volunteering for community and global based organizations such as Rotary International.
