Dr. Quy Nguyen is a senior healthcare executive and optometric industry leader with a 360-degree background spanning clinical practice, academia, and industry.
Trained as an optometrist, Quy began their career delivering patient-centered eye care in hospital and private practice ophthalmology settings.
Transitioning into leadership roles in higher education, Quy secured state grant funding to expand health professions pipeline programs, strengthening diversity and workforce development, and designed comprehensive career development initiatives for students, residents, and early-career professionals.
Now in industry, Quy leads strategic initiatives focused on elevating optometrists and optometry students, ensuring meaningful support across every stage of the professional journey.
