Tom Lindsay, CPCU, is Chief Innovation Officer at Vensure. With over three decades of experience in payroll, HR, insurance, employee benefits, and workers' compensation, he brings a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges facing employers today. As a champion of innovation, Lindsay leads initiatives that leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve HR and payroll processes. His work focuses on solving complex business problems through data-driven solutions, and AI-enhanced automation. At Vensure, Lindsay is helping to drive the future of the industry by aligning AI capabilities with the company’s mission to empower organizations through tailored, scalable HR solutions. He is passionate about fostering collaboration and equipping businesses to thrive in the rapidly evolving world.

Dr. Sami Mian is the Chief AI Officer at Vensure Employer Services, where he helps lead the Innovation Office to prototype and deploy AI-driven workforce solutions. He spearheads cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation, mentor technical talent, and shape long-term technology strategy within Vensure and its various divisions. Dr. Mian also holds a teaching appointment at Arizona State University, where he helps oversee and teach artificial intelligence courses at the graduate level.  He also directs research projects focused on AI initiatives, and mentors graduate and doctoral students across the university. A seasoned inventor and leader, he has guided large-scale AI and robotics initiatives across industry and government, and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is committed to responsible, practical AI deployment.
