HR Talent Accelerator (Self-paced Experience)
Program Dates: Ongoing
Description: Mentees enroll in one or more of four online courses focused on talent acquisition, learning and development, data analytics, and inclusion & diversity. At the end of each online course, participants have the opportunity to complete a project-based learning project and be matched 1:1 with a HR career mentor to gather feedback and coaching on their projects.
Membership is requirement for participation, JOIN SHRM to Register.

Program Dates: May 7 - 28, 2025 at 6:00 - 7:30 pm ET
Description: Mentees engage virtually once a week for 90-minutes across four weeks. The facilitated experience includes large group discussions and small group project-based learning challenges supported by HR career mentors focused on weekly themes including talent acquisition, learning and development, data analytics, and inclusive practices & employee engagement. Registration deadline is one week before the cohort launches.

Program Dates: October 1 – December 3 12:00 - 1:00 pm ET
Description: Our 3-month, one-on-one structured mentoring experience is designed to assist students and emerging HR professionals in clarifying career goals, developing career plans and strengthening high-demand skills in HR. We offer group coaching sessions throughout the experience to equip mentors and mentees with tips, tools, and tactics to integrate into their work together. NOTE: Once you submit your interest to participate in the HR Career Mentoring program, we will confirm your eligibility. Those that are eligible to participate will receive a follow-up communication requesting additional information to support the matching process.
