Completing the SHRM AI+HI Specialty Credential has been a practical, high-impact learning experience for me. The program helped me move beyond curiosity about AI and into confident, responsible application. Most importantly, it has changed how I work day to day. I’m now able to delegate routine administrative tasks to AI more effectively, which has freed time and energy for the work that matters most: strategic planning, workforce decisions, and stakeholder advising.
Walking into SHRM Certification Prep+, I'll admit I felt a little out of my comfort zone even with several years of HR experience under my belt. That feeling didn't last long. Our instructor made all the difference. She brought a wealth of knowledge and real-world perspective that elevated the course. Rather than simply presenting slides, she challenged the group to think critically - asking questions, drawing out examples, and connecting the material to our own professional experiences. That level of engagement made the material stick in a way that truly set this course apart.
Earning the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential was absolutely worth the time and energy! The content presented was relevant and interesting, and easy to apply in my role. The instructor was engaging and a true professional. The other participants were a pleasure to connect with and learn from.
