Melissa brings over two decades of experience across learning and organizational development leading these functions at Adobe, Twitter, WeWork, and now Udemy. She was one of the first coaches to be certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She is an enthusiastic contributor to the body of work exploring organizational culture and learning. She speaks and writes broadly including for the Harvard Business Review (HBR), Fast Company, Forbes, and Fortune.
