Host Amber Clayton and SHRM Knowledge Advisors Jennifer Chang and Rue Dooley discuss how to navigate these potentially tumultuous waters both as an employer and employee.
Jennifer Chang, SHRM-CP, brings a decade of human resources experience with her to the role of HR Knowledge Advisor. Jennifer has worked primarily in the government contracting industry in a variety of roles as an HR practitioner (generalist, specialist, and director). She holds a master's degree in organizational development and strategic human resources from Johns Hopkins University. Jennifer particularly enjoys assisting SHRM members by being a sounding board and providing guidance and resources to help navigate complex employee relations issues.
Ruhal (Rue) Dooley, SHRM-SCP, is a SHRM Knowledge Advisor.
