            As the College Recruiting Leader, Lane Greene directs college student programming and recruiting at Kimley-Horn, bringing 13 years of experience in higher education, recruiting, and human resources. Lane is known for her balanced perspectives as they relate to early-career talent acquisition. That means staffing for the business demands of today, while strategizing and programming for the future, and honoring the symbiotic relationships between ensuring talent pipelines for the business, while safeguarding career opportunities for students.
While attending North Carolina State University, Lane earned degrees in Psychology and Public & Interpersonal Communication. In her post-graduate career, her and her team’s work has been recognized by Yello as a Top 100 Internship Program, claiming the #1 spot in 2025. The top-tier early career talent they recruit has helped cement Kimley-Horn’s presence on lists like Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For.
Lane lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband, daughter, and retriever. Outside of work, she enjoys creative ventures – art, photography, interior design – and she and her family are avid travelers and explorers.
