Sonia Aranza is an accomplished Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategist with over 25 years of experience serving top organizations including Boeing, CIA, Coca-Cola, Mayo Clinic, NASA, Pew Research and many more. She has presented on the international stage from Spain to Singapore. She was selected to execute congressionally mandated Diversity programs for several landmark cases. The U.S. Department of Labor described Sonia Aranza’s work as “Outstanding.” The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) selected her as a featured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Expert in our HR magazine, HR Quarterly. She is a respected thought leader and is on the faculty of Howard University’s Executive Diversity Program. Sonia serves on several boards including the National Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Council for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America. She was honored “Outstanding Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Asian American Women and honored as “100 Most Influential Filipina-Americans in the United States.”
