Molly leads content for the SHRM Executive Network, a community for HR executives. Over her career, she has built a niche interviewing C-suite executives on workplace trends for outlets including Chief and Senior Executive Media. Previously, Molly worked for Harvard Business School, where she co-launched the first virtual iteration of its General Management Program in 2020 due to the pandemic. Molly has also worked for Harvard Business Publishing’s Corporate Learning division, where she delivered executive education programs to Fortune 500 companies. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and traveling.
