SHRM Announces New Member for 2024 Board of Directors


ALEXANDRIA, Va. — SHRM announced the appointment of a new member to its Board of Directors on January 1 for 2024: 

Sean N. Woodroffe is Executive Vice President, Chief People, Culture, and Communications Officer at Lincoln Financial. He is responsible for all aspects of human resources (HR) and oversees the company’s corporate communications function. He reports to CEO Ellen Cooper and is a member of Lincoln’s Senior Management Committee. Elizabeth Adefioye leaves the board.

Continuing board members include:
