AI Bootcamp: What You Need to Know to Use AI in the Workplace
Speaker: Anthony Isola, Esq. , Fisher Phillips
Artificial Intelligence has taken the world by storm since the release of ChatGPT in late 2022. Despite the talk about the transformational impact of AI, what exactly everyone means when they mention AI (and what AI technology looks like in the workplace) remains fuzzy. This presentation aims to deconstruct the hype by explaining what the different types of AI are, discuss how employers could be already using them in the workplace, provide tools for weighing the legal risks and benefits of using AI, and summarize some of the most recent legislation in this evolving area of law. This presentation will cover everything employers need to know to best leverage AI and how to avoid common pitfalls that could lead to lengthy litigation.
