The Expo, with more than 650 booths, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 12 and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 13. (All times are Pacific.)

Learn more from our cutting-edge exhibitors and sponsors at the Exhibitor Theatres. Each presentation is 30 minutes and will feature demonstrations and/or educational content about a company's products or services.
The virtual Expo is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 12 and 13. Virtual attendees can discover resources and chat one-on-one with booth representatives live or by scheduling a meeting.
Passport Game
Look for your passport card in your attendee bag onsite, then fill it with verification stamps when you visit participating exhibitors at the Expo.
After you've filled your passport card, drop it off at the Passport Prize Bin located near the grand prize drawing stage by 1 p.m. June 13 for your chance to win one of the following prizes:
- First Place: $500
- Second Place: $300
- Third Place: $200
- Fourth Place: $100
- Fifth Place: $100
Grand Prize Drawing
Be sure to be present at 1:30 p.m. June 13 when one lucky in-person attendee will win the drawing for the grand prize, valued at $5,000. The prize consists of:
- One full conference registration and one guest registration for the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2024 (SHRM24).
- Round-trip coach airfare for two to SHRM24.
- Four nights' hotel accommodations for SHRM24.
