Quantifying the Economic Impact of Employee Engagement

Employees are a company’s most critical drivers of success. When employees are engaged, they are likely to be more productive, innovative and successful—and so is their company. Peakon is an employee-success platform designed to help employees put insights to work and to drive meaningful change. This in-depth discussion will be led by Peakon’s chief evangelist Patrick Cournoyer and will feature Peakon client Claire Watson, director of organization development at Qinetiq, along with guest speakers senior TEI consultant Jan ten Sythoff and principal analyst David K. Johnson of Forrester, a research and advisory firm. Find out how customers like Qinetiq have used Peakon to:

  • Achieve a 244 percent return on their investment.
  • Reduce average employee absenteeism by two days.
  • Decrease voluntary staff turnover by 10 percent.
  • Save seven days annually for HR teams on post-survey analysis.

Findings from The Total Economic Impact™ of Peakon, a commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Peakon.
