Modern Certificate in Human Resource Management

The MCHRM program is best suited for HR Professional with a minimum of two years of working experience in any field in HR.

To effectively meet the needs of learning and provide practical learning experience to HR Professionals and enable them to reflect and share own experiences, across all facets of HR Functional and Behavioral competencies as detailed in the SHRM BASK (Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge)

Program Structure

  • Participant orientation (30 mins)
  • Pre-assessment (30 mins). Baselining, no min marks requirement.
  • 64 hours of instructor led learning (mix of virtual and in-person sessions) supported by pre and post reading + reflection assignments
  • Module-assessments (instead of a cumulative post assessment, 30 mins each). Knowledge check. 70% passing marks required.
  • Language: Arabic or English (bi-lingual format also available)
