The MCHRM program is best suited for HR Professional with a minimum of two years of working experience in any field in HR.

Program Structure
- Participant orientation (30 mins)
- Pre-assessment (30 mins). Baselining, no min marks requirement.
- 64 hours of instructor led learning (mix of virtual and in-person sessions) supported by pre and post reading + reflection assignments
- Module-assessments (instead of a cumulative post assessment, 30 mins each). Knowledge check. 70% passing marks required.
- Language: Arabic or English (bi-lingual format also available)
