Job Summary:
The Senior Vice President will develop and manage client relationships and generate loans, deposits, and non-interest income for the bank.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- May recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the bank.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains client relationships including business, nonprofit, and personal client relationships.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities to generate new business and clientele for the bank including attending networking and public events.
- Monitors loan servicing and operations areas, ensuring client needs are met in a prompt and professional manner.
- Oversees the approval and processing of complex and substantial loans, accounts, and cash management services.
- Represents the bank at community, business, and trade association functions.
- Performs additional duties as required.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess credit risks and structure loans to benefit the borrower and the bank.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- Experience in commercial banking and management required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel.
