Senior Vice President (Banking)




Job Summary:

The Senior Vice President will develop and manage client relationships and generate loans, deposits, and non-interest income for the bank.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains client relationships including business, nonprofit, and personal client relationships.
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities to generate new business and clientele for the bank including attending networking and public events.
  • Monitors loan servicing and operations areas, ensuring client needs are met in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Oversees the approval and processing of complex and substantial loans, accounts, and cash management services.
  • Represents the bank at community, business, and trade association functions.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience in commercial banking and management required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel.
