The SHRM Foundation convenes employers, researchers, and policymakers to identify scalable interventions, define practical boundaries of employer responsibility, and connect workplace strategy to community outcomes. We are working to create workplaces that lean in to their role in appropriately addressing pressures from outside the workplace doors — because thriving workers build thriving businesses.
