Julie Develin
A leading voice on employee relations, workplace flexibility, and workforce development, Julie Develin, SHRM-SCP, GTML, is a Sr. Partner, HCM Advisory Group at UKG. With more than 17 years of experience as an HR executive focused on improving workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience, Develin helps organizations implement strategic employee workplace initiatives to enhance productivity, improve communication, and increase satisfaction across the workforce. A seasoned speaker at conferences and other business events, she has presented hundreds of sessions for HR audiences of all sizes and enjoys connecting with and learning from other HR and business professionals. Develin holds an M.S. in human resources development from McDaniel College, where she continues to work today as an adjunct professor in the human resources management and human services management programs. She is also the host of UKG Podcast—focusing on all things people at work.

Coretha M. Rushing
Coretha M. Rushing is a seasoned global executive, board director, and leadership advisor with extensive experience across Fortune 500 companies. Coretha currently serves on the boards of Alight, Inc., and ThredUp and as an External Board Advisor to Spencer Stuart. She is also a Managing Director and Executive Coach with The ExCo Leadership Group, advising C-suite and high-potential leaders globally.
Previously, Ms. Rushing served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Equifax and as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at The Coca-Cola Company, where she was the first woman and the first person of color to hold that role in the company’s history.
Before retiring in 2020, Rushing served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Equifax, a global data, analytics, and technology company operating in more than 20 countries. She led the company’s international human resources organization, corporate foundation, and enterprise culture transformation, including leadership during a major cybersecurity crisis and subsequent global business transformation.
She began her career at IBM and has been recognized by Black Enterprise multiple years as one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America.”
