Michael Payne is honored to join the HR Tomorrow Leadership Program as he continues building a people-centered and strategic career in human resources. As an HR Coordinator on the Workforce Optimization and Strategy team at Vanderbilt University, he supports a range of key initiatives, from workforce planning to employee experience, and is passionate about using HR as a tool for organizational change.
Drawn to both the human and strategic sides of the discipline, Michael is eager to expand his leadership skills and deepen his understanding of the evolving HR landscape.
