SHRM Announces Andy Biladeau as Chief Transformation Officer

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — SHRM, the trusted authority on all things work, today announced the appointment of Andy Biladeau as chief transformation officer. In this new role, Biladeau will drive the execution of the SHRM global strategy, ensuring the development and successful delivery of innovative products, unparalleled services and transformative experiences to the diverse audiences SHRM serves. 

Biladeau joins SHRM with more than a decade of experience in HR and talent transformations. He recently served as a founding member of The Josh Bersin Company, where he led the HR advisory services practice and served as chief learning officer of the Josh Bersin Academy. Previously he was director of talent development at Target Corporation, where he led training, leadership development and change management. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led global HR transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
