Dennis Green is an associate HRBP at Figure where he supports Figure's day-to-day human resource operations. He helps set the foundation for his team to succeed and strives to create an environment for empowerment and inclusion in all aspects of the business.
Dennis has worked at Figure for over four years with roles in the people operations division. Prior to that, Dennis served as vice chair for the city of Reno, Nev.
His greatest enjoyment in life is mentoring and guiding others to become their best selves. As he progresses in his career in people operations and human capital management, Dennis strives to be a pivotal force in ensuring both individual and business success as an HR business partner. His people-centric approach is his greatest strength, and he's dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals and organizations alike.
Through his skillful engagement with diverse communities, Dennis consistently champions initiatives that enhance the quality of life on both local and national scales. Dennis aspires to one day serve as a vice president of people, leveraging his passion and expertise to drive transformative change within organizations. Dennis received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno. He also received a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno. Outside of Figure, Dennis is a dedicated servant-leader and actively contributes to improving his community. With a deep passion for volunteerism and philanthropy, he holds active roles in numerous organizations and serves on various boards and commissions, embodying his commitment to making a positive impact wherever he goes.
