Nancy Conway, SHRM-SCP, has over 25 years of HR in various industries including retail, call centers, banking, and healthcare. She was a Field Services Director for SHRM for over 11 years, supporting 20 states during her tenure. Nancy obtained a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is passionate about helping members find resources to help them navigate their jobs and careers.
Nancy resides in Phoenix and enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
