Wendy Bliss's professional background includes experience as a human resource director, attorney, university adjunct faculty member, national speaker, and mediator. As CEO of Bliss Consulting & Dispute Solutions, LLC, Wendy assists organizations throughout the U.S. to increase workforce engagement and performance through varied HR solutions including consulting services, highly customized training programs, executive coaching, leader briefings, and mediation. She has worked with private, public, and nonprofit sector employers in diverse industries, from Fortune 500 companies to small family-owned businesses.
Thousands of HR professionals have attended Wendy's presentations at SHRM public seminars, national conferences, and in-house training programs. She has also participated in numerous other activities for SHRM, as an author of SHRM-published books and articles, a media subject matter expert resource, special expertise panel member, and a volunteer board leader.
Wendy has earned a B.A. degree in political science, with highest distinction, from the University of Kansas, a J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law, and certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
