SHRM Hosts Webinar Assessing State Policy Trends
On May 15, SHRM Chief of Staff and Head of Government Affairs Emily M. Dickens, J.D., moderated a webinar titled “2025 State Policy Trends: What HR Needs to Know Now.” The webinar was focused on policy trends across states, potential policy effects on workers and workplaces, and the potential for certain policies to gain momentum in additional states. Dickens was joined by three panelists: Katie Schwab, co-chair, New York practice, Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies; D’Arcy Philps, Principal, Penn Hill Group; and Chris Micheli, founding partner, Snodgrass & Micheli LLC.
