Alanna Johnson is currently serving as the Campus Recruiting Specialist at Keiter CPA, a regional accounting firm located in Richmond, VA. With almost three years of experience at Keiter, Alanna has been instrumental in overseeing the internship program, facilitating entry-level recruiting, and coordinating the externship program. Her role involves developing and implementing campus recruiting strategies, representing the firm at various recruitment events, and working closely with other members of the talent acquisition team to meet overall hiring goals.
Alanna's professional background is in higher education, where she has worked as a student recruiter, academic advisor, and program specialist.
