Human Resources Consultant, LyondellBasell (LYB)
As a Human Resources Consultant at LyondellBasell (LYB), Bradley applies his skills in HR to support, attract, and retain talent at one of LYB’s largest integrated U.S. manufacturing sites in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. Additionally, he supports LYB’s Texas Gulf Coast midstream division, Equistar Pipeline. In addition to his HRBP role, he is a member of the Global Leadership Team for LYB’s Young Professionals Employee Network (YPEN), an employee resource group dedicated to providing an inclusive space for young professionals to engage and network and grow their capabilities. Previously, he supported multiple LYB manufacturing sites and strategic business units in the Talent Acquisition space.
Before joining LYB, he earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University, where he gained valuable knowledge related to staffing, compensation, labor and employment law, change management, and organizational behavior, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baylor University.
Bradley’s goal is to leverage his education, experience, and skills to help LYB and its employees achieve their goals and create a positive and inclusive work environment for all. As his career progresses, he aims to develop his skillset in various human resources topics, eventually shifting back into an HR Center of Excellence and progressing into people leadership.
Bradley is elated to have received the honor to join this year’s SHRM HR Tomorrow cohort. Participating in the program will provide an opportunity to gain new perspectives that I can take back to my clients, both present and future. He looks forward to what the year will bring and the chance to take part in purposeful and meaningful growth and development.
