I am an HRIS Analyst with over six years of experience specializing in human resources systems, data analytics, and compliance. My background is rooted in both technology and HR, which allows me to bridge the gap between systems and people. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Nacional de México, Campus Ocotlán, where I built a strong foundation in problem-solving, data structures, and system design—skills I continue to apply in my work every day.
In my current role, I focus on optimizing HR processes, managing systems such as UKG, ADP, and Cornerstone, and using data to support more informed and strategic decision-making. I enjoy working with complex datasets, improving reporting accuracy, and streamlining workflows in ways that create meaningful impact for both employees and the organization. I also take pride in helping ensure compliance within fast-moving and highly regulated environments.
I am passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, particularly in the areas of data analytics and HR technology. I am actively working toward expanding my technical skill set and positioning myself for future leadership opportunities within HR or HRIS. I am especially motivated by the opportunity to elevate HR’s role as a strategic partner and to contribute to building more equitable, people-centered workplaces.
Outside of work, I am a proud mother to a cheerleader and actively involved in all the activities that come with it. I also dedicate my time to volunteering at her school, where I am a member of the School Site Council and support the planning and coordination of events for the district’s after-school program. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to community, collaboration, and service, values that I carry into my professional life as well.
