About the Fall 2021 HR Magazine Cover

For the first time, we produced four different covers for a single issue.




As businesses reboot and recover from the greatest global crisis this generation has ever seen, the human resources function has never been more important. Across the U.S. and around the world, HR practitioners have been rising to the occasion and guiding their organizations toward a new future with innovative ideas and the strength of will and spirit to implement and see them through. And amid a critical talent shortage, improving the employee experience, addressing mental health issues and assisting with reskilling where needed have become crucial. HR professionals have responded with distinction.
