Atlantis’ experience spans various sectors, from educational institutions such as Hopkins High School, where she excelled as an administrative coordinator, to impactful roles at organizations such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and SOME (So Others Might Eat) in Washington, D.C.
At SOME, Atlantis serves as a human resource coordinator, specializing in onboarding and HRIS management. Her responsibilities include overseeing the smooth transition of new hires, managing pre-employment concerns, and engaging with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience. Her proactive approach extends to collaborating with recruiters to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, showcasing her dedication to organizational success.
