Richelle Johnson is an experienced operations manager with a focus on helping small businesses with people management, business strategy and development, organizational development, customer and partnership management, and program management.
Richelle’s career background includes brand management, client services, writing, and project management. She’s worked in various industries including advertising, consumer packaged goods, nonprofits, and agriculture.
Richelle has always wanted to grow on the HR side of the business, as that’s where she is most fulfilled at work. Being selected for this program will help her gain the support, guidance, and confidence she needs to move into the role she seeks. She aspires to focus her skills, passion, and interests into an HR role. She pursued the SHRM Foundation’s HR Tomorrow Leadership Program to help her discover that opportunity, and she’s excited about the possibilities the SHRM Foundation can offer.
Richelle has a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, with a major in English and a minor in Communications. Outside of work, Richelle enjoys traveling, hiking, being out in nature, visiting art museums, trying new cuisines, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
