is Strategy Partner for Employee Experience & Insights at Gallagher’s Communications Practice. Sharn has worked in the employee engagement and experience field for a decade, with clients from across a breadth of industries and sizes. Leading on Gallagher's annual State of the Sector report (now in its 17th year), Sharn keeps her finger on the pulse of emerging trends and thought leadership so she can design research, gather data, distill insights and apply fresh thinking to industry challenges. Sharn’s favorite part of the job is connecting with people through discussion. She regularly presents on internal communication, employee experience trends and the future of work.

Ben Warren
Ben started his career out in Digital Sales and went on to work for The Guardian as a Business Development Manager. He spent around five years working there, holding roles such as Head of Professional Network Business and Head of Online Sales and Partnerships. Subsequently, Ben then went to work at BT, first as Sales and Operations Director, then Commercial Director, before going on to work as the Vice President of Cartesian. He joined simplycommunicate in 2021 as the Commercial Director and handles the end-to-end business operations including sales, marketing, product, strategy, and content. Ben now works as a managing director at Gallagher focusing on digital and AI transformation after simplycommunicate was acquired by Gallagher.

David Lewis
is the National Managing Director of HR Consulting and Senior Growth Advisor at OperationsInc, a Gallagher Company. OperationsInc was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher in June of 2024. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of OperationsInc, David grew the business into one of the largest HR consulting firms in the nation. The firm has earned twelve straight Hearst Media Top Workplace Awards. As a leading and respected voice in the areas of HR, workplace and talent management, business issues, and HR crisis management, David is a go-to subject matter expert and often-quoted source for the media. In 2013, he created a new business entity called The HR Roundtable, a networking and educational group with over 100 HR professionals from across the US as members that meet virtually monthly, which is now poised for national growth starting in 2025.
