Throughout the pandemic HR has been there every step of the way, leading organizations through some of the toughest workplace challenges like rethinking and navigating changes to paid leave policies and offerings.
Some of these challenges were particularly felt by small-to-medium size businesses. For example, those with fewer than 500 employees were navigating new and unfamiliar paid leave requirements for the first time with the passing of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
This survey explored how organizations navigated paid leave under the FFCRA, whether organizations will continue offering these benefits voluntarily knowing tax credits will still be available in 2021, and other issues related to paid leave during the pandemic.
