Elissa Jessup, SHRM-SCP, has over 13 years' HR experience spanning the private sector, higher education, and government. Her expertise includes classification, compensation, talent management, benefits administration and employee relations. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, and an MBA with a concentration in HR Management.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, cherishing the rare date nights with her husband, and traveling to visit family and friends.
