Laraine Knauss is a leadership development focused senior business leader with extensive human resources experiences spanning over 30 years. As a true generalist, Laraine has spent much of her career as a Department of One but has now branched out in her current role as a VP of HR. She truly enjoys sharing her knowledge of the profession and helping others reach their full potential. Having spent much of her career in the manufacturing sector, Laraine has partnered closely with Operations to move her organization forward and meet the ever changing needs of business, employees, and customers.
